Winning Season

Zim Nazka

Veteran Horse, Zim Nazka at the age of 18 Years competed again in 2017 after a couple of years in retirement – and showed us that she was far from ready to retire! She finished second Nationally in the Veteran class and won all the awards pictured regionally at the annual Presentation Evening last week in Lancashire.
I would like to thank Carolyn Cummings or riding her so well, for taking such good care of her, and to Bryan for crewing her impeccably all season.
Nazka really is a superstar and I am so very proud of all she has achieved throughout her endurance career, and all she has continued to achieve as a Veteran Horse. She is fit and well … and demonstrating that she is ready for the forthcoming 2018 season already!

We also received the Chanel Pairs Trophy award to two horses achieving the highest number of points in (1) competitive ride of 64K and above and (2) competitive rides of 45K or below …. and the winning PAIR is Zim Nazka and Rehouse Lily Marlene, mother and daughter, aged 18 and 8.
